Project challenges

The previous website of the NBU did not comply in full with the NBU’s transparency policy, since users faced difficulties finding necessary information and navigating the website structure.

  • It was neither user-friendy nor easy to navigate.
  • The interface was lagging behind the design trends.
  • The old version was not adaptive.
  • The home page content looked text-heavy and unstructured.
  • The wording of the website’s content was too complicated.

The NBU set a goal to create a user-friendly website that would appeal to the general public and become the primary source of information on the NBU’s operation, as well as the financial and the banking sectors.

  • We held strategic sessions with different target audiences.
  • Experts, journalists, economists, and financial analysts were engaged in the discussion.
  • Over 50 attendees of the strategic sessions were surveyed.
